2 cups sugar
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/2 to 1 stick butter
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
2 and 1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and butter in a saucepan and bring to a rapid boil.
Boil for 2 and 1/2 minutes.
Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter and stir.
In a larger mixing bowl, place the oats and then add the boiled cocoa mixture.
Mix well and drop spoonfuls onto waxed paper or foil for cookies. Allow to cool.

*OPTIONS: Chopped peanuts or coconut may be added.
