Racks of baby-back ribs - as many as you want to make
Grandpa Lynn's Seasoning
Sweet Baby Ray's Barbeque Sauce

Trim the membrane sheath from the back of each rack. Run a small, sharp knife between the membrane and each rib, snip off as much of the membrane as possible.

Sprinkle each side of rack generously with Grandpa Lynn's Seasoning. Allow to sit in refrigerator with Seasoning on for several hours or even overnight.

Slow cook racks in a 300º oven for 2-1/2 hours in a pan covered with foil. Take cooked racks of ribs to heated barbeque grill. Brush Sweet Baby Ray's barbeque sauce generously on each side and grill until browned. Serve immediately.
