1 chicken - cooked, boned and cubed
1 - 10 oz. can Cheddar Cheese Soup
1 - 10 oz. can Cream of Celery Soup
1/2 cup milk
chopped onion
Salt and pepper to taste

3 carrots, sliced, cooked and drained
3 potatoes - cooked and diced
3/4 cup frozen peas

Pie dough for top and bottom crusts

Prepare pie dough (recipe included in this book) and place one pastry in bottom of 9 x 13 pan.

Have carrots and potatoes previously cooked and diced. In a large saucepan heat together soups and milk. Add chicken, peas, carrots, potatoes, salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Pour mixture on top of crust. Prepare another pie crust to put on top. Can do it lattice-style if you want. Bake for 45 minutes at 375 º or until crust is golden brown.
