12 potatoes - peeled and boiled
8 oz. cream cheese (or less)
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. onion powder
1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mash potatoes, add remaining ingredients and whip together. Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. Dot with butter and sprinkle with paprika. Bake for 1 hour at 350º.
