2 cups sugar
2 cups butter
6 Tbsp. white corn syrup
2 Tbsp. water

Mix together well in saucepan and place on heat. Bring to a boil without stirring. When it begins to boil, stir constantly this time until candy reaches crackle stage (about 15 minutes). It should be the color of a brown paper bag. Grease a cookie sheet with butter and cover bottom with chopped almonds. Pour cooked candy over the nuts. Grate a couple large Hershey bars over the top - when melty spread evenly. Break into pieces when cool.
