2 cubes (1 cup) butter
1-1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup light corn syrup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

2 to 3 poppers popped corn - unbuttered and unsalted

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, sugar and corn syrup in sauce pan. Bring to boil and boil exactly 3 minutes. Then add salt and vanilla.

Pour over pre-popped corn in large mixing bowl. Mix well so all the corn is covered.

I usually do more than 2 but less than 3 poppers of corn for optimum coverage. Still my favorite caramel corn!
