Blend together with a pastry blender:
1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
3/4 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Divide mixture in half since it makes enough for two pies. Sprinkle most of the mixture in the bottom of baked pie shells. Fill each pie with one recipe of vanilla cornstarch pudding (included in book). Top with meringue and sprinkle remaining peanut butter mixture on top before baking. Bake according to meringue directions.
