1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
4 cups chicken broth
1 1/2 cup half and half
16 oz. Cheez Whiz
12 oz. beer
1 tsp. worcestshire sauce
1 tsp. grated onion
Directions:
Directions:
Blend margarine and flour to make paste. Add chicken broth and half/half. Over medium heat, add Cheez Whiz. Over low heat, add beer, worcestshire sauce and onion. Simmer 15 minutes.
