1 large can pumpkin
2 heaping Tbsp flour
2 cups sugar
3 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1 large can evaporated milk (add enough regular milk to canned milk to make 5 cups total)
3 egg, slightly beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients and add pumpkin. Mix well. Add eggs in milk. Heat on top of stove until hot, not boiling. Stir constantly, burns easily. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes or until set.
