Thai peanut sauce (approximately 1/4 cup per 2 servings)
finely chopped peanuts (about 2 tbsp.)
salmon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut sauce (I like San-J brand because it's not as spicy as some, but any grocery store thai peanut sauce is fine) with the chopped peanuts. Spread over raw salmon and bake at 375º for approximately 15 minutes until fish is cooked through.
