Make 2 - 9" rounds of your favorite cornbread.
Bertha used Martha White or Dixie Lilly - follow the recipe on the package or make up your own.
(You can add some fresh bacon crumbled into your cornbread recipe) After baked, let it cool and tear all apart in 9" x 13" pan. Add the following ingredients.

2 eggs
1 large onion finely chopped
1 small green pepper finely chopped
2 - 3 stalks celery finely chopped
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup milk
1/8 cup oil
Salt & pepper to taste

Mix together, cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Take foil off last 15 minutes.
