Drain 2 cans Shorpeg corn
2 cans black-eyed peas
2 cans Ro-tel tomatoes

Chop 12 green onions & anything else you like in there

1 can of diced tomatoes not drained
1 teaspoon garlic salt or powder (more if you like or both)
16 oz. Zesty Italian dressing

Mix all ingredients together - keep in fridge (it will keep up to 2 weeks).
Serve with Fritos, Chips or Scoops. For smaller amount you can do 1/2 the recipe.
