2 cans Corn (drained)
1 C milk
1/2 C sugar (I don't include this, but its in the recipe)
3 eggs, beaten
1 stick (0.25 lb) melted margarine (I minimize this)

Mix it up, put it in a casserole dish, bake at 350 degrees.

I like to use this as the base, then add 1 cut up (skinned) chicken on top. Top with crushed saltines and some paprika.

Easy, fast, healthy, makes good leftovers.
