2 lb. ground beef
2 cups fresh bread crumbs
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 eggs, beaten
2 T. chopped fresh parsley
2 tsp. salt
2 T. margarine
1 jar (10oz.) apricot preserves
1/2 cup Kraft original barbecue sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
In a medium size bowl, mix barbecue sauce with apricot preserves.
In a medium size bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, eggs, onion, salt and parsley.
Mix well and form into bite-size balls. Arrange the balls in a single layer in a 9x13 baking dish. Pour the barbecue sauce mixture evenly over the meatballs.
Bake for 30-45 minutes until the meat is cooked.
