5 cups Rice Crispies, divided
1 lb. mild sausage, browned and drained
1 lb. hot sausage, browned and drained
3 cups cooked white rice
16 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
6-7 eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Spread the bottom of a greased 9x13 pan with a layer of rice crispies--about 1-1/2 cups. Add a layer of the sausage. Add the white rice over the sausage. Cover the rice with the cheese. Combine the soup, milk and eggs and slowly pour over the top. Cover with the remaining rice crispies. (Can be refrigerated or frozen at this time.) Bake at 350º 40-60 minutes until bubbly. Allow to stand for a bit before serving.
