1 pint raspberries
1/4 c sugar
2 t lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Put raspberries in a sauce pan. Add sugar and lemon juice.
Cook until berries soften.
Put through a sieve.
Adjust seasoning if necessary. It may need a little more sugar.

Serve over flourless cake along with whipped cream.
