1 stick oleo
2 boxes of powdered sugar
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 T. vanilla
1 can Angel Flake coconut (large)
2 cups chopped pecans

Dip:
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 (1/4 lb.) paraffin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix oleo, milk and sugar. Add vanilla, coconut and pecans. Mixture will be very thick and stiff. Refrigerate. Roll into balls and put in freezer to harden. Melt chocolate and paraffin in double boiler. Dip hardened candy into chocolate mixture. Drain on waxed paper. Store in refrigerator in airtight container. Remove about 1 hour before serving. Makes about 100 pieces.
