Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 Pkgs fast rising yeast
warm water
2 cups sugar
about 14 cups white flour (can use wheat too)
1 Tbsp salt
1 cup vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Evening: Place the yeast in 1 cup luke warm water and stir until dissolved. Add 1 cup flour in huge bowl. Cover and let sit overnight on top of stove were it should be a little warmer.

Morning: Mix together with above ingredients, 4 cups warm water,
2 cups sugar 1 cup oil, 1 Tbsp salt, 13 cups flour. This mixture will be very stiff, so you'll probably have to ditch the mixing spoon and mix with your hands. Cover and let rise (about 3-4 hours).

Around noon: Punch down, cover and let it rise again (3-4 hours)

Evening: Grease cookie sheets, make egg size buns. Leave on cookie sheet overnight and let rise.

Morning: Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for approximately 8 minutes or until light brown. Remove from oven and brush tops with butter after baking. This recipe makes about 4 dozen or so buns.

Personal Notes:
These buns are a little work but they melt in your mouth and are so good with slopppy joes.
