Ingredients:
Ingredients:
8 - 10 medium size Yukon Gold potatoes
(other varieties of potatoes can be used, but these work best.)
1 can Campbell's© cheddar cheese soup
1 can Campbell's© cream of chicken soup
2 to 2 1/2 c. water
1 c. bread crumbs (homemade from stale bread, if possible)
3 - 4 tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces
salt & pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Peel potatoes and cut into quarter size pieces. Layer potatoes in 8" x 10" casserole dish, leaving at least 2 inches of height at the top of the dish. Sprinkle potatoes with salt and pepper. Mix both of the cans of soup in a separate bowl and add approximately 2 - 2 1/2 cups of water (after it has been mixed with the leftover soup in each can). The soup mixture should be gravy-like consistency. Pour soup mixture over the potatoes, making sure to cover all of them. Place small pats of butter on top of the potato mixture. Then sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake uncovered for approximately 1 hour.
