1 large egg, beaten
1 large egg yolk, beaten
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 cup finely grated parm
Salt
1/2 cup all purpose flour
3 cups tomato sauce (Raos or homemade)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
Add 1/2 cup flour, stir just enough to combine, can add more flour if still wet.
Dust baking sheet with flour, form dough into desired shape, placing on baking sheet, dust everything.

Poach dough shapes in boiling salted water, about 5-6 minutes.
