2 Tbsp Green Soap (you can get this from a drug store)
1 Tbsp oil of wintergreen
1 tsp eucalyptus oil
Directions:
Directions:
Combine the above ingredients into a small bottle of rubbing alcohol. Put into a spray bottle.

This liniment is amazing stuff and it works on sore muscles.
