2 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
29 oz. crushed tomatoes
28 oz. tomato sauce
2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
2 Tabs. cider vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
12 oz beer
2 Tabs. oregano
2 Tabs. sugar
1 Tabs. cumin
1 TSR. salt
1/2 TSR. pepper
2 1/2 Tabs. chili powder

Directions:
Directions:
In large kettle, brown ground beef, onions and garlic until tender. Drain. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Do not cover.
Serve with shredded cheddar and sour cream.

I have used 1/2 black beans and 1/2 kidney beans and liked it.
