2 lbs ground chuck or sirloin
1 lb ground pork (not sausage )
1 package dry onion soup mix
1 1/2 cups oats
2 eggs
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 cup mustard
1 T worchesthire sauce
Salt and Pepper
1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 350

mix all expect meats, add meat and use hands to bring together
place in 9 by 13 pan and make a loaf shape, away from sides and ends of pan, you want air space to crisp the outside. Frost top of loaf with addittioanl ketchup

Bake one hour
