5-6 - large sweet potatoes
1 can - condensed sweet milk
1 tsp - cinnamon (I usually use at least a tbsp)
pinch nutmeg
1 stick - butter
1-2 C - light brown sugar
1 - 10 oz bag pecan pieces
1 - bag small marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Bake sweet potatoes (can be baked day before), cool. Peel and mash add butter (melted), then add condensed milk. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon, & nutmeg in a separate bowl. Spread on top of sweet potatoes. Cover with finely chopped pecans.

Bake at 350º for 40-45 minutes.

Add marshmallows to cover top during last 5-10 minutes of baking.
