Cut up or shredded chicken (I use 2-3 cans of chicken)
2 cans Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
2 cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 small can mild red Enchilada Sauce - may use medium or hot if you wish
2 cans milk
Shredded cheese (your choice - I use cheddar or Colby Jack)
Tortilla chips

Directions:
Mix all ingredients and heat. You can heat on stove or put in crockpot. I use the crockpot. If you heat on the stove make sure to heat slowly (low-medium heat) so you do not burn the soup. Once warmed, serve with shredded cheese and chips.
