1 pound bacon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
5 Tablespoons flour
2 cups sour cream
2 pounds corn
salt and pepper
chopped parsley

Directions:

Heat oven 350
Cook bacon, chop into bite sized pieces and set aside
Melt butter in large skillet, saute onion, celery and peppers until soft.
Stir in flour, then sour cream, add corn and bacon then season.

Pour into 9 x 13 pan, bake 35 min.
