Crush and mix together:
1 cube (1/2 cup) butter
1 pound Oreos
Reserve 1 cup of the above crumbs and press the rest in a 9 x 13 pan.

Spread with 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream. Put in freezer to partially freeze.

1 jar Kraft fudge topping
12 oz. bag of salted blanched peanuts
1 (8 oz.) Container of Cool Whip
Rest of Oreos

Freeze until firm.
