1 (20 oz.) pkg. Oreos
2 Hershey Bars, chunked
1/2 cup butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 - 8 oz. package Cream Cheese, softened
2 boxes Instant Chocolate Pudding
3 cups milk
1 - 8 oz. container Cool Whip

Crush Oreos in blender or processor. Add chunked Hershey Bars. Set aside. Cream butter, cream cheese, powdered sugar until smooth. Mix puddings and milk until thick, fold in Cool Whip and then add butter mixture. Using a clear glass bowl or Trifle dish, put 1/3 of the cookie mixture on the bottom. Add a few gummy worms, layer 1/2 of the pudding mixture, then 1/3 more cookie crumbs, more worms. Top with the rest of the pudding mixture and last of all, the rest of the Oreo crumbs. You can add a few more worms on top and even rock candy and/or plastic flowers. Refrigerate at least 12 hours.
