1 1/2 pounds chicken breasts
14 ounce can rotel with chilies
15 ounce can black beans
8 ounces frozen corn
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
14 ounce can chicken broth
3 scallions chopped
1 t. garlic powder
1 t. onion powder
1 t. cumin
1 t. cayenne
salt to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except chicken. Put in crock pot. Season chicken and lay on top. Cook on low 10 hours or high for 6 hours. 30 minutes before serving, remove chicken and shred. Return to pot and stir in. Adjust salt and seasonings. Serve over rice or tortillas and your favorite toppings.
