Ingredients:  
1 cup flour
1 t. shortening
1 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
1/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup warm water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and baking powder together and add shortening, mixing with fingers. Add water and buttermilk and continue mixing. Cover and let set at least 30 minutes. Roll out 1/8 inch thick and cut as desired. Deep fat fry in hot oil. Dough will keep in fridge 3 days. Serve with honey or sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture.
