1 c oil
2 c sugar
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
3 apples, peeled and cut into small pieces
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 350º.
Mix oil, sugar, eggs, flour, salt, baking soda, and vanilla. Coat apples in cinnamon and mix into batter.
Bake in greased 9x13" pan for 1 hr.
