Boil chicken and remove meat from bones. Save broth and set aside.

2 carrots, chopped or grated
2 stalks celery, chopped
chopped onion to taste
salt/pepper
2 boxes Rice-A-Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice flavor

Directions:
Directions:
Saute carrots, celery, onion in small amount of olive oil. Add to pot of chicken broth. Save only one seasoning packet from the Rice-A-Roni and add to pot. Pour in Rice-A-Roni to soup. Boil slowly until rice is tender. Add chicken last and heat through.
