3 or 4 chicken breasts
3 cans white beans
8 oz. frozen corn
48 oz. chicken stock (3 or 4 cans)
2 cans green chilies
cumin to taste
1 tsp. lemon pepper

Toppings: 2 limes, cheddar cheese, tortilla chips, avocado if desired

Directions:
Directions:
Season chicken breasts with Grandpa Lynn's Seasoning, cumin and salt on both sides. Place in Crockpot and cook on high for 3 hours. Shred chicken with fork.

Add remaining ingredients to Crockpot - salt to taste and cook on high for an additional 2 to 3 hours.

Top bowls with shredded cheese, tortilla chips, lime juice and avocado.
