Meatballs:
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 Tbsp. milk
1 tsp. salt, pepper to taste
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1-1/2 lbs. hamburger
Combine and form into meat balls. Bake in 350 oven for 10-12 minutes or until brown and crispy. Set aside.

Soup:
2 cups water (or more)
1 can beef broth (10 oz.)
1 lg. can chopped tomatoes
1 envelope dry onion soup mix
1 cup sliced carrots
1/2 cup chopped celery tops
parsley flakes - can be fresh
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 pkg. tortellini

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup ingredients together except for tortellini. Can add some chopped celery besides the tops if you want but have as many leaves as possible. Boil together - adding more water if needed. Add tortellini and meatballs last cooking just enough to cook the pasta. Top with parmesan cheese when serving.
