1 cup pineapple juice (drained from canned pineapple) - add water if needed
1- 3 oz. pkg. lemon jello
1 cup orange juice
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup pineapple tidbits
1/2 cup Mandarin oranges
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Heat pineapple juice and use to dissolve jello. Add orange juice and chill. When jello starts to thicken, beat with mixer until frothy. Whip cream until stiff and fold into jello. Then fold in fruit and nuts and put in mold to set.
