1 Large head lettuce
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
chopped red or white onion
1 pound frozen peas, rinsed and drained
1/2 cup chopped celery
3 hard boiled eggs
1 lb. bacon, crisp and crumbled

Dressing:
2 cups Mayonnaise
3/4 c. sour cream
1 package Ranch dressing mix
pinch of salt/dash of pepper
Dash Worcestershire sauce
6 oz. grated cheddar cheese
Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
For Salad: Place 1/3 of the shredded lettuce in large glass bowl or trifle dish. Layer the other vegetables over lettuce, adding the second 1/3 of lettuce at midpoint, and the remaining 1/3 of lettuce last. Slice eggs about 1/4 inch thick and pale them around the edge of the bowl on each layer of vegetables, chop remainder of eggs and layer on top of vegetables. Sprinkle the bacon over top (save some for garnish).

For Dressing: Mix mayo, sour cream, dressing mix, and seasonings together.

For Finishing Dish: Spread the dressing mixture over the top of the salad, making sure to bring the edges to seal, garnish with cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese and bacon. Serve with tongs digging deep into layers. It will mix together as salad is being served.
