1 large bag baby spinach
1/2 head iceberg lettuce
3/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
3/4 lb. shredded swiss cheese
3/4 lb. bacon - fried crisp
Directions:
Directions:
Spinach can be broken into smaller pieces and stems removed if desired. Combine in large salad bowl with other ingredients. Just before serving, toss with Spinach Salad dressing (in Salad section of cookbook)
