2 Tbsp. yeast
2 cups warm water
1/3 c. sugar
1/3 c. oil
2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. nonfat dry milk
1 egg
5 to 6 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, mix yeast, water and sugar. Let stand 5 minutes. Add salt, dry milk, oil, egg, and 2 cups of the flour. Beat together until smooth. Gradually add remaining flour until soft dough is formed. Knead in bread mixer or by hand for 5 minutes. Allow to rise until double (hour or so). Punch down and divide into thirds. Roll each third into a 12-inch circle. Spread with butter. Cut into 12 even wedges and roll up into crescent. Place on greased cookie sheets and allow to rise another hour until double. Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.

Quite similar to Christy's recipe but not so many. These also freeze well after formed and are delicious when baked.
