1 medium onion
1 medium green pepper
1 canned pimento, drained
24 oz. tomato juce
1/4 c. olive oil
1/3 c. wine vinegar
1/4 tsp. tabasco
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
