1-2 cups wheat
8 oz. cream cheese
1 small can drained crushed pineapple
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 large box vanilla instant pudding
1 large tub cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Soak wheat overnight and drain. Cover with fresh water and boil until tender (about 1 hour). Drain, rinse and cool.

Blend cream cheese, then add the rest of the ingredients and mix. Fold into wheat, refrigerate and serve chilled.
