1 c. Peanut Butter Captain Crunch
1 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. spanish peanuts or 1 c. dried cherries
1 lb. melting chocolate (white, milk or dark)
Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients in bowl. Melt the chocolate in bowl in the microwave. Then pour the cereal mixture into the bowl with the melted chocolate and coat thoroughly. Quickly put spoonfuls of the mixture on sheet of wax paper. Let the cookies harden.

If you use white chocolate, be sure not to overheat it. Melt in microwave 30 seconds at a time and stir after each time. These cookies also freeze nicely.
