1/2 cup margarine
1 cup flour
1 1/2 cup half and half
3 cups chicken broth
1 16oz. Cheese Whiz
1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
3/4 cup beer
Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1/2 cup margarine in pan. Stir in 1 cup flour - use (3/4-1 cup) till blended. Cook a while - add slowly 1 1/2 half and half. Stir constantly. Cook on low heat. Next, add 3 cups heated chicken broth. Stir in 16 oz. Cheese Whiz, 1 tbsp. Worc. sauce, and 3/4 cup beer.
