10 yellow squash
3 green squash
1 purple onion, chopped
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 jars jalapeño Cheez Whiz
2 T. butter
1 lb. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
Directions:
Directions:
Slice yellow squash and green squash and add chopped onion. Cook in microwave until soft and then drain.
Put in 13 x 9 dish.
Mix together soups and Cheez Whiz.
Pour over squash.
Melt butter and add to stuffing mix. Spread over top of casserole.
Bake at 350º until brown.
