1 lb ground beef or ground turkey
1 pk taco seasoning
1 cup water
4 soft flour tortillas
small jar cheese whiz
9 in glass pie pan
Directions:
Directions:
brown meat, drain add seasoning and 1 cup water, stir and heat to boiling.
Reduce heat to a simmer, uncovered 3-4 min.
Assemble tortillas in layers in 9 in. unpreased pie pan.
Spoon about 1/2 cup meat filling onto tortilla and then repeat layers, ending with meat filling on top.
Spread cheese over top.
Bake uncovered about 15 min.
