2 T salt
2 lb ground beef, broken up
3 to 4 c chopped celery
3 small cans of mushrooms
1 med. onion
2 large cans tomato sauce, plus 1/2 can water for rinsing
2 large cans tomato paste, plus 1/2 can water for rinsing
2 cans tomato soup, plus 1/2 can for water for rinsing
1/4 to 1/2 c sugar
1 T black pepper
3 T Italian seasoning flakes
1 tsp sweet basil
1 T parsley flakes
1 T oregano

Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle salt into heavy saucepan. Add beef and cook until lightly brown. Add all remaining ingredients in the order given. Mix well and bring to boil, simmer over low heat for at least one hour, stirring occasionally.
