1 lb ground beef
1 onion chopped, brown together
Mix then add to beef
1 can Rotel© tomatoes mashed (tomatoes with hot peppers)
2 cups pinto beans
1 can cheddar cheese soup or 1/2 lb Velveeta© cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer in 7x11in casserole with tortilla chips with beef mixture on top. Bake at 350º for 25 min.
