3 1/3 cups flour
3 cups sugar
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp nutmeg
combine set aside
1 can 15-16 oz pumpkin
1 cup vegetable oil
4 eggs slightly beaten
combine and stir into dry ingredients just till wet
fold in 1/2 cup chopped pecans

Caramel glaze for loaves
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 brown sugar
1/4 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup icing sugar
1 tsp vanilla

preheat 350
grease 2 loaf pans
bake 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean

glaze~combine butter, sugars, whipping cream in a sauce pan heat till sugar dissolves
cool 20 min
then stir in vanilla and icing sugar
pour over loaves
