Turn dough onto floured board and knead until smooth ball. Place in greased bowl, brush with melted butter and allow to raise in warm place for 1 hour.

Punch down and turn onto floured board and knead. Roll out to 3/4" thickness. Cut with cutter. Dip in melted butter; place on baking pan. Let rise til double. Bake at 400º for 18 to 20 minutes.

** Valerie's Bosch Modifications:

Add about 2 cups of the flour and 1 tsp salt. Mix at medium speed with dough hook for 5 minutes. Add remaining flour and salt 1/2 cup at a time until dough pulls away from sides of bowl. Mix at medium speed for 10 minutes.

Dough does not need to rise after mixing for 10 minutes. Dough can be used immediately.
