1-3 dozen eggs for small gathering.
mayonnaise
salt
pepper
to season more add
lemon juice
mustard
cayenne or other seasoning
pickle relish

Directions:
Directions:
To cook the eggs, place out to warm up. Add to boiling water carefully so they won't break open. Cut in half, putting the yolks in a bowl and mix with mayonnaise, mustard, pickle relish, and salt and pepper to taste. Fill the half eggs with the mixture, sprinkle paprika on top. Keep in refrigerator until needed.
