Swift Premium baby back ribs (Costco)
2 1/2 T kosher salt
1 T dry mustard
1 T paprika
1/2 t cayenne pepper
1/2 t freshly ground black pepper
barbecue sauce (I use Raspberry Chipolte sauce from Costco)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine ingredients. Place each rack of ribs on a double layer of foil, sprinkle rub over ribs. Wrap racks individually.
Bake until tender but not falling apart, about 2 hours. Unwrap ribs and pour juices into a 4 cup heatproof measuring cup, reserve juices. Let ribs cool completely.
Ribs can be baked up to 3 days ahead. Grill ribs, baste with barbecue sauce and reserved juices, turn frequently until heated through. Transfer to cutting board and cut ribs to separate.
